Class Time: Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
YOUNG AT HEART

A strength training program designed specifically for older adults, focused on strengthening eight different muscle groups, followed by Tai Chi. You may sit or stand, depending upon your physical ability. The program follows the guidelines of the Presidential Fitness Award. Participants with health problems should have their doctor's approval.
